Be Part of Something Special by Joining Our Team at Pacific Hearing Service
The Silicon Valley community leads the world in technology, but the human touch and caring personal service are what drive our award-winning hearing healthcare.
Pacific Hearing Service is made up of an advanced team of clinical audiologists, audiology assistants, and patient care coordinators who have earned the trust of thousands of patients, organizations, and physicians in our area.
With nine doctors of audiology practicing in our two locations, we’re large enough to meet our patients’ needs but small enough to care.
We’re always on the lookout for incredible people to join us on this journey.
A Personal Message from Our Team
“We are committed to expanding the world of our patients by enhancing their connections with their friends, colleagues, and loved ones.”
At Pacific Hearing Service, we strive to improve the lives of our patients by providing thoughtful, comprehensive, personal care to ensure that everyone we touch experiences a greater quality of life.
We achieve this objective by embracing state-of-the-art technology and focusing on continuous learning, which ensures that our patients receive the best care and can make informed choices that will improve their lives.
Established as one of the first private audiology practices in the country, innovation and growth are parts of our personality. As we grow, we never lose sight of the heart, soul, and mission of our practice—helping more people in Silicon Valley achieve better communication and a greater connection to life.
We hope to hear from you soon,

How Will You Benefit from Joining Our Team?
Our team is dedicated to making a difference every day, providing top care and developing long-term relationships with patients. As a member of the PHS team, you’ll enjoy:
Working with great people
We’re an award-winning practice that received the Leo Doerfler Award in recognition of our outstanding clinical services in the community. However, it’s the wonderful, fun, bright, and educated patients we work with who provide the greatest rewards.
Having fun while you work
We’re serious about hearing care, but we’ve learned not to take ourselves too seriously, because happy employees provide the best care.
Access to cutting-edge technology
Being based in Silicon Valley has its benefits. We’re at the forefront of technological advances and have access to state-of-the-art technology to better serve our patients and community.
Collaborating with experts
We believe in a collaborative environment. We want our audiologists to provide the best care for our patients, so we do not pay commission; instead, we pay a competitive salary.
Participating in humanitarian efforts
We work in our local community to serve low-income adults and underserved children as well as abroad in locations like the Middle East, Zambia, Mozambique, South Africa, Guatemala, and Ecuador. We provide one paid trip per employee and paid time off for the trip after one year of service.
Opportunities for growth
In addition to an ever-expanding business model that allows each of our employees to grow in leadership positions, we encourage personal and career growth through continuing education.
Support for following a defined career path
We’ve been recognized as an Academy Scholar by the American Academy of Audiology for our continuing education efforts, which are designed to provide the highest standard of care and also support our team members on a defined career path.
I started working at PHS in January 2020, right before the pandemic hit. In a time of uncertainty, PHS remained constant. Patient/staff safety was their number one priority, of course, but what meant the most to me, is that they were incredibly understanding while the staff coped with our own personal changes from the pandemic – all of us hunkered down and got through it together, it felt good to be a part of that.
The owners are communicative, fair, and take time to listen to concerns and ideas. The environment is professional and friendly. I’ve worked in a number of offices and truly, if you love helping others and working as a team, there’s really no better place.
