I was impressed with the doctors and comprehensive hearing tests. It was a fascinating and enlightening experience. A huge shout out to Jessie! She spoke with me for twenty minutes before the appointment and followed up twice after. She’s very knowledgeable about tinnitus and a great resource.

There are not enough good things I can say about my experience today at Pacific Hearing Service in Los Altos. Mr. (soon to be Dr.) Ethan Chen and Dr. Brook Raguskus were my attending professionals. My testing experience was clear and well-executed. My results explained completely and I left with a paper and an electronic copy of the report, also forwarded to my PCP. I plan to continue my relationship with this practice with annual visits and now count them as a welcome new member to my health care team in the Bay Area. Beverly Dale, Los Altos, CA

I came here to have my blocked ear checked out. Pricing is very transparent ($155 for a not so straight forward cleaning) and I was able to get an appointment the same day. Service was excellent and doctor was super patient about it. Highly recommend choosing them (I considered going to urgent care but this is a much better choice)

This is a privately owned and wonderfully run business. All employees are kind, competent, compassionate and just delightful to work with. They reach out to you to ensure you are doing well, and welcome your feedback no matter how small. Dr. Rachel is thorough and very impressive with her knowledge and caring demeanor. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my audiology needs.

We came to Paciic Hearing Service upon advice of three friends, and it was a good move for us. Everyone at the office is very friendly and knowledgeable, and they offer full service--hearing tests, hearing aides, aide cleaning and servicing, and ear cleaning. We greatly appreciate the skills and patience of two wonderful audiologists, Brooke and Ashley. I'm sure all the others are super, too.

We visited to get a hearing test for our 3yo kid. We were nervous since it involved her participation in activities in a closed room for upwards of half an hour. The audiologist Amanda and her team were so skilled in their job, they made the visit not only easy but pleasurable. We got a detailed report to provide to our pediatrician. I wholeheartedly recommend this practice for young kids. Don't look further.

I used the services of Pacific Hearing yesterday. To book the service was easy and smooth. The front desk people were really efficient and extremely friendly. The service I paid for (to fix a broken tube on my hearing aid) was done before I could even settle down. I highly recommend them. If they take a while to respond to queries, it's because I've never heard such a busy front desk with regards to incoming calls. Yet, the two ladies stayed calm and friendly the whole way through. As someone who works with Pacific Hearing Service as a partner, and as a supplier of one of the products that they provide (Lenire), I would be remiss if I didn't let people know how great of a practice this is. From the moment you make your first call or visit to Pacific, to the latter stages of your hearing and/or tinnitus treatment journey, you will be so happy you went to Pacific. They are professional, kind, knowledgeable, and always put the patient first.

Earlier this year, I acquired tinnitus after taking a round of antibiotics. I have come to find out that antibiotics triggering tinnitus is not uncommon. My tinnitus sounded like I had a head full of cicadas. It was loud and obnoxious. It caused me to lose sleep, interrupted my thinking and affected my overall look at life. I felt desperate. I then proceeded to go down the path of seeing my general physician who referred me to an ENT. The ENT referred me to an Audiologist near me. The only option that that Audiologist had for me were hearing aids. I just felt that my hearing loss was not enough to warrant hearing aids. I just did not want them. I had researched the Lenire device and was convinced that I wanted to give it a try. I chose Pacific Hearing Service due to the great reviews by patients. I am so very glad that I made the right choice. Dr. Brook and Jessie have been phenomenal to work with. They are very supportive and informative. The Lenire device has worked well for me. My tinnitus has gone from cicadas to crickets. From blaring in my face to being in the background. I know that my tinnitus will always be with me. Dr. Brooke, Jessie and the Lenire device have given me tools to work with. I no longer feel desperate. If you are reading this and thinking about the Lenire device, my advice is to be diligent with the therapy. Make a quiet space in your home for you to be undisturbed. It took all of the 12 weeks of the therapy to take my tinnitus to where it is today. Thank you Dr. Brooke and Jessie!

As a college student exploring the field of audiology, I had the opportunity to shadow Dr. Brook Raguskus, and it was an excellent experience. The staff at Pacific Hearing Service were all incredibly friendly, and it was clear they prioritize creating a positive patient experience. They are very accommodating, and Dr. Raguskus is especially attentive to addressing patients' concerns and needs. The clinic goes above and beyond, regularly testing hearing aids to ensure a seamless experience for their patients. Additionally, their office is well-organized, and they adhere strictly to sterile procedures. Shadowing here left me with a highly positive impression of the field of audiology, and I highly recommend Dr. Raguskus and this clinic for any hearing-related needs!

I was seen by Rachel,Audiologist. She was outstanding ! She did very thorough testing of my hearing , updated my hearing aids, completed a 19 point inspection and cleaning of my hearing aids. She also reset all the data in my app..and gave me clear and succinct i formation on how to use the App. And how to adjust my hearing aids. I learned more from her in 110 minutes today than i learned from all my prior Audiologists over the past 10 years !!

I highly recommend Pacific Hearing Service. Dr. Brook Raguskus provided me with excellent hearing aids and great customer service, including expert knowledge and support. The process was easier than expected with a better than expected outcome. Playing tennis and golf is so much better, hearing everyone on the court and fairway, hearing the club hit the golf ball, the racket hitting the tennis ball and hearing the tennis scores and line calls from my opponents across the court. As a musician, both listening to music and playing music is so much better. The hearings aids have been a life changer for me and I am so grateful to Dr. Raguskus and Pacific Hearing Service. We came here for my son. He’s a teen now but for years he’s had a bad plug in one ear. Doctors always told us it was fine and to just put drops in his ear. This did nothing. It came to a point where he couldn’t hear from that ear. So glad i did my own research and found Pacific Hearing. Ling helped us and performed a miracle. My son now hears perfectly and couldn’t be happier. It worth the money!

They provided a great deal of excellent information which was not given to me by the doctor. They gave me many resources to help address my tinnitus. I highly recommend them for caring and knowledgeable support.

I rarely post. I had my left ear partially blocked last week and I went to urgent care. They did ear wash 4 times and it really hurt my ear. I got dizzy and bit fainted. After that my left ear got completely blocked. I had very reduced hearing. I was trying to get appointment to get earwax removed as it was really uncomfortable. I couldn't find any appointment for atleast seven days. I called Pacific Hearing Service and representative on phone was really nice and I got next day appointment. I had an appointment with Dr. Brook Raguskus. I reached 15 mins early and staff was really friendly and helpful. Dr. Brook started appointment with knowing my problem, and then she took photo of my left ear and showed black was deposited near ear drum. Then she used suction tools to remove ear wax in about 5-7 minutes. I could hear again. It was such a relief. She took another photo and showed ear is clean. She was really patient and answered all my questions. Cost was reasonable: $155 (which I paid using HSA debit card). I have high deductible insurance plan, so I think this was more cost effective than in-network. I highly recommend Dr Brooks and Pacific hearing Service.

I called Pacific Hearing Service to find out information regarding the ADA approved Lenire tinnitus mitigation device. Jessica was professional, warm, empathetic, and well versed on the product. She also made me feel like a person looking for a solution to their tinnitus issue and not just a potential sale. She shared some other helpful resources I could pursue regarding tinnitus therapy including counselors who specialize in "blocking modalities" that bring a level of relief and restoration of quality of life to those who suffer with this condition. If I lived closer to the SF Bay area, I would be more open to avail myself of PHS. Thank you, Jessica!

Having worn hearing aids for almost 30 years, Brook and the rest of the staff at Pacific Hearing Service were incredibly knowledgeable and informative and helpful. Having been to about 8 audiologists throughout my life, the audiologists at Pacific Hearing Service were the best I've been to. Would definitely recommend.

The Audiologist explained everything she did, was really kind, and fast service. Very very happy!!!!

Staff was nice and very helpful. I've used them a couple of times. The first time, they made an ear impression for molds for a Shure in-ear audio monitor. The lab is well set up for that, and it was flawless. Fast forward a few years, and I decided to have them do it again for a different brand of in-ear monitors. However, after 2 recasts, we still weren't able to get the ear mold for my ear buds to work well. :-(. Would have been better to just know that they deal with specific brands.

I’ve gone to Pacific Hearing in Los Altos since 2013. My husband and my Mom are also patients there. We continue to be super pleased with their services and the high level of care. I know their audiologists keep current on the latest technology in order to best address their patients’ hearing needs. They do an excellent job. Five Stars!

This place is a hidden gem! Came to my appointment early and was greeted by the super friendly front desk staff, and was seen right at my appointment time. I was a new patient coming in for earwax removal and despite my nerves, Dr. Ashley was incredibly calm, sweet, and understanding. She made me feel extremely comfortable and handled the earwax removal with diligence. I will definitely be returning here!
