Following precautions & guidelines, we currently have meticulous COVID-19 protocols in place to protect you, other patients and our team.
This includes Pacific Hearing Service 8-step approach.
#1 – Self-Wellness Check
If you or a family member is experiencing a fever, cough, loss of taste, or have traveled within the past 14 days, then we kindly ask you to please reschedule your appointment at least 14 days into the future as a precaution.
Similarly, if you have been diagnosed or are waiting test results for COVID-19, then please reschedule.
#2 – Hand Sanitizer upon Arrival
All patients must use the provided hand sanitizer upon entering our building.
#3 – Please Wear Your Face Mask
Face masks are mandatory for appointments. Please bring your own as we only have enough for our team.
#4 – Wait in Your Car Until We’re Ready for You
We are limiting the number of people we allow in the waiting room. You may be asked to wait in your car until we are ready for you.
#5 – Minimum Company for Appointments
You’re kindly asked to visit alone if possible, and only bring one additional person with you if absolutely essential.
#6 – Thorough Cleaning Between Appointments
Between appointments, additional time has been scheduled to thoroughly clean all surfaces, sterilize areas between patients and ensure each patient is entering a sterile environment
#7 – Minimized Waiting Times
New processes are now in place to minimize waiting times through reduced paperwork and spaced-out scheduling of appointments.
#8 – Curbside Appointments Available
If you require a hearing aid cleaning or simple repairs, then you can schedule a curbside appointment, where we’re able to support you and help you without leaving your vehicle
