At Pacific Hearing Service, your health and safety, as well as that of our staff, remain our top priorities. We understand that many of our patients may belong to vulnerable groups and are at risk of severe complications from respiratory infections.
To ensure everyone’s well-being, we kindly ask you to follow these guidelines:
2. Practice good hygiene: wash your hands, cover your mouth when coughing or sneezing, and use hand sanitizer upon entering our clinic.
3. Masks will still be available for all patients and visitors. We encourage you to wear one if you have been exposed to someone with a respiratory illness or if you are part of a vulnerable population. We will continue to use HEPA filters in all of our treatment rooms.
Although this is a positive step in the right direction and allows us to put the memories of COVID in the rearview mirror, your comfort and confidence are incredibly important to us.
