Following precautions & guidelines, we currently have meticulous COVID-19 protocols in place to protect you, other patients, and our team. This includes the Pacific Hearing Service 8-step approach.

To stay up to date with the latest CDC government guidelines in your county, please use the CDC tool below.

#1 – Self-Wellness Check

If you or a family member is experiencing a fever, cough, loss of taste or smell, or is generally feeling unwell, we kindly ask you to please reschedule your appointment at least ten days into the future as a precaution.

Similarly, if you have been diagnosed with or are waiting for test results for COVID-19, then please reschedule.

#2 – Option to Wait in Your Car

You are welcome to wait for your appointment where you feel most comfortable, whether that is in our waiting room or your car. If you choose to wait in your car, please call us to let us know you have arrived.

#3 – Please Wear Your Face Mask

Face masks are mandatory for appointments. Even with the updated CDC guidelines, face masks are still necessary in healthcare settings. Please bring your own.

#4 – Hand Sanitizer upon Arrival

You will be provided hand sanitizer upon entering our building.

#5 – Virtually Including Family Members at Appointments

We encourage your family to participate in your care. Family members can attend in person or join us via phone call or video.

#6 – Air Filters in Every Room

We have medical-grade HEPA filters continuously cleaning the air in every patient care room and common space.

#7 – Thorough Cleaning Between Appointments

Between appointments, we thoroughly clean surfaces and touch points to ensure you are entering a sterile environment

#8 – Curbside Appointments Available

If you require a hearing aid cleaning or a simple repair, you can schedule a curbside appointment, where we’re able to support you and help you without leaving your vehicle.

Your health and wellbeing remain our number one priority.

Our services have been expanded to ensure that all of your needs are met, with your safety remaining our number one priority. Our front office and audiology team have been fully vaccinated.
