A few weeks back, on July 15, we hosted a free seminar called: How To Keep Your Mind Sharp When You Have A Hearing Loss – and it proved highly insightful and valuable for the 100+ patients who attended.

The talk was presented by Dr. Jodi Sasaki-Miraglia Au.D., Director of Training & Education from Widex USA, alongside my two colleagues, Dr. Jane Baxter, Au.D., and Dr. Rachel Appleton, Au.D.

It was an excellent opportunity for those who currently wear hearing aids to learn how to make the most of their devices while keeping good focus and concentration levels.

In addition to the helpful advice shared, the attendees also received the opportunity to have a complimentary cognitive screening. This assessment provides insights into how the brain processes speech in noisy environments.

Did you manage to catch the live talk?

If not – don’t worry! We have the recording right here ready to watch so you, too, can reap the benefits of this highly insightful talk.
