Jessie Johnson

Jessie grew up in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula and moved to the Bay Area in 1998. She has worked in hearing healthcare for more than 20 years. As Director of Special Projects at Pacific Hearing Service, Jessie’s primary focus is ensuring that every patient receives compassionate, knowledgeable care. She takes great pride in leading a team that consistently goes above and beyond to deliver exceptional customer service to everyone who walks through the door.

Jessie specializes in assistive technology for individuals with hearing loss and is committed to staying on the cutting edge of emerging innovations in the field. Outside of work, she enjoys yoga, hiking along the California coast, and spending time with her family. She also considers herself an avid DIY enthusiast.
