Kirstin Chang

Kirstin, a lifelong Bay Area local, attended UC Davis. She began her career at Pacific Hearing Service working in the front office.Initially, Kirstin didn’t have a specific interest in hearing care, but she says that Debbie’s leadership, integrity, and kindness played a role in her future aspirations. After gradually taking on more and more direct hearing care responsibilities, Kirstin decided to become an audiology assistant.Kirstin’s daily responsibilities include setting up for appointments, supporting the audiologists during and after appointments, following up with patients on behalf of the audiologists, running electroacoustic tests, troubleshooting, ordering and shipping, maintaining equipment, plus a slew of data entry, graphic design, and marketing-related projects.While Kirstin enjoys the variety of her work, there’s one thing that she especially loves: problem solving. She likes to make things work better, whether it’s for our patients, systems, or technology.In her free time, Kirstin keeps busy by drawing, caring for her houseplants, running and playing TTRPGs with friends, competitive gaming, and iterating on homemade bread, kimchi, and pasta sauce recipes.
