She's very attentive and very compassionate, which is quite important with what she's doing helping disabled people. She is very professional. Whatever questions we had, she would definitely put her time even if it was extra time to find - I mean outside of out visit, she found the time to give us specific information that my brother needs. So she's fabulous. Five stars is not enough, I would give her 55. I wish more specialists were like her. ”

Now it is my turn to deal with a hearing deficiency, and I had no hesitation to go to Pacific Hearing. I have been working with Dr. Otto, and she has been outstanding at diagnosing my issues and recommending an array of proper remedies. Because I am (I am embarrassed to say) self-conscious about wearing hearing devices, I am experimenting with the Lyric deep-in-ear devices. For now, it appears that they will meet my needs nicely, but they are not necessarily the best solution for everyone. Pacific Hearing is great, and all the staff there are cordial, capable people. ”
